Paper Tiger Online Planned Maintenance

Maintenance on Paper Tiger Online has been completed. During the scheduled maintenance on Paper Tiger Online application, we pushed several enhancements including Digital Tiger to Basic and Pro accounts. So far we have experienced very little disruption.

If you experience problems when signed into Paper Tiger Online, please first clear your Internet browser history and cache, then refresh your browser and try again. In the event that this does not clear the problem you are experiencing, please let us know by emailing support@thepapertiger.com and include specific information including the Internet browser you are using and provide screen shots if possible.

One thing specifically that we’ve noticed is that you may experience a search result formatting issue. If this happens while in the Database, please choose the Database Preference tab, then at the bottom of the Database Preference dialog box, click the button to Update Database Settings. This should fix the search result issue.

    Hi Paper Tiger Gurus,

    Do you have a scheduled plan regarding your updates? We use this product during business hours and it’s hard to use when there’s such a large lag in the system and/or locking up and being unable to use the product. =/

    Any help would be deeply appreciated!
