There are two types of questions that we receive about the software: usability questions and technical questions. To make sure that you get the best answers and the most efficient response, please direct your questions to the appropriate group listed below. We are here to make sure that you are successful with The Paper Tiger software and are 100% satisfied. Usability Questions

This type of question involves how to setup the software in your office, general organizing questions, how to categorize certain items, how long to keep paperwork - retention guidelines, what your keywords should be, what materials you should use – folders, tabs, etc., how to motivate co-workers to use the software, etc. These types of questions (and thousands of others) are all handled by our consultants. The consultants are trained, experienced professional organizers who operate their own business and install, train, convert and support customers using The Paper Tiger software. Paper Tiger consultants can either come to your office or work with you over the phone. You will LOVE the service – our consultants are excellent and can save you a great deal of time and effort. Technical Questions

This type of question involves technical issues about the software. Examples include how to install the software, configuring a network version, non-working serial numbers, trouble with printing reports, possible bugs, suggested enhancements, etc. Our technical support representatives are ready to help you.
