To help you get up and running quickly and smoothly, FREE installation and upgrade support is available for The Paper Tiger during the first 45 days after purchase (based on day product is shipped). Make sure to consult our Support Policy to determine your eligibility for support.If support is not offered for your version of the software, you will need to upgrade to the most current release in order to get technical support.

There are two premium support offerings - support paid for by the minute and support paid for by the year.
One-Time Support/Pay-per Incident
The Paper Tiger technical support is available on a per-call basis for $2.99 per minute 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The Paper Tiger technical support is available as a yearly contract for $199.95 per license (seat). We offer discounts on support for 5 users and larger, please see the chart below.
