The database of documents created by The Paper Tiger software can be searched, printed out and sorted by number, location or category for rapid retrieval of files.

The Action Date feature allows users to print out "to do" lists to track the next action required for a certain file. Action Dates also help users comply with retention guidelines set by legal statute, tax code, company policy or personal preference.

Independence

The program's flexible key-word indexing system frees users from dependence on others to locate files, a feature that comes in handy on nights and weekends or when the assistant is gone.

Shared Information

With the network version of the product, users can share access to files, while maintaining the ability to keep some files private. Users can start with the single-user version and upgrade to the network version.
