Mr. Morgan,
I'm sorry Paper Tiger desktop network version did not work out well for you, but you can definitely import your current Paper Tiger database into the new Paper Tiger Online. I see that you were in our Beta testing program. If you created an account during the Beta period, you can log into that account, then click on the Account (upgrades/invoices) button from the Dashboard. Also from the Dashboard, you will see a button 'Import an Old Database' from which you can import your database.

Thank you,
Paper Tiger Online Team

We bought a single user copy of Paper Tiger and then bought a network version but could never get the network version to work very well. On the computer where we have the single version we invested quite a bit of input time into the database but it hasn't been practical to use since the person using that machine no longer has filing responsibilities. How do we convert our previous license purchases to Paper Tiger online accounts? If we can upload our current Paper Tiger database into the online version, I'd be very interested in doing that.
