I just want to let you know that some of the problem was with me and my laptop. I had my husband check it out recently and he has adjusted something and I do get better sound. I have my headphones on and the volumes up as far as they go on my laptop and on the video here. The sound isn't the best. It might be better if there was more gain on the recordings, or something? I know there is good information here and the images help with understanding what's being said but, for me, I kindly say that it's too much of an effort to stay with this for an hour.
