Perfection: I was given the advice that not everything needs to be perfect. Of course, a mistake that we perfectionists make is to assume that everyone has the same definition of what a perfect job looks like.

Being organized is more like being on a trip - as road conditions change, so must our route ergo so must our systems adjust.
